Purpose of the processing

We process the information to fulfill our obligations according to our agreement with you. Moreover, we also collect purchase history and behaviour patterns on our website, such as information about how the individual customer navigates on the side.


The basis of the processing

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.


When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be shared with Nets, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.


If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.


If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

We have our website at Flywheel and payment system through Nets, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Flywheels data centers.


We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.


We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.


Deletion of personal data

Espressospecialisten deletes personal data in accordance with the applicable rules. We keep information we receive in connection with your purchase in our active customer register for 3.5 years. Information that we are required to keep under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the law’s requirements.

Rights of the data subject

We comply with the Personal Data Act and other applicable regulations when processing your personal data. Kindly note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information. The Danish Data Protection Agency can investigate complaints about processing in violation of the rules.
